Job Details

  • Salary: Competitive hourly pay plus weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls following provided scripts to schedule sales appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to set appointments for sales and service departments.
  • Record customer comments accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Confirm, reschedule, and update appointments as necessary.
  • Follow up with sales and service teams to verify appointment outcomes.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database.
  • Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails as follow-up reminders within designated timelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries submitted via website requests and email.
  • Initiate customer contact in line with current marketing campaigns.
  • Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled.
  • Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly performance goals consistently.

Work Hours

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Indianapolis location during standard business hours.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in phone communication or telemarketing, preferably in automotive, business development, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with customer contact scripts and call workflows.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
