Position Overview

As an Automotive Lube Technician at Hubler Chevrolet, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including lubrication, oil and filter changes, and multi-point inspections. Your role contributes to customer satisfaction and dealership operations by maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Primary Duties

  • Perform lube, oil, and filter changes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report additional service needs to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe workplace complying with OSHA and EPA standards.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow all company policies and management directives.

Work Environment

Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a technician assistant or apprentice.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policy.
  • Local state inspection license preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and varying weather conditions.
  • Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds safely.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers effectively.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required.
  • Required vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must safely operate equipment and move vehicles as needed.
