Job Description:

Hubler Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and motivated Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time, in-person role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced automotive environment supporting our parts operations and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage automotive parts in designated warehouse areas
  • Follow detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks safely and accurately
  • Verify paperwork accuracy and ensure timely processing of shipping and receiving documents
  • Support warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Inspect pallets and cases for correct quantities, part numbers, and physical condition
  • Report any issues or process improvement suggestions to management promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
  • Assist with warehouse security and promote safety protocols consistently
  • Participate in routine warehouse maintenance such as sweeping and proper equipment storage
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Basic math and reading skills to complete assignments and paperwork accurately
  • Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts and in varying temperature conditions
  • No lifting restrictions; willing to work at heights when necessary
  • Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels and occasional adverse weather during commute
